Flights In Stilettos began as a brand known for luxe beach towels, symbols of leisure, beauty, and comfort. But life has a way of reshaping us. When I lost my mother, I was left searching for a soft place to land, a way to tend to my own spirit and begin the difficult work of mothering myself.

In that season of grief, I discovered healing in ritual. The simple acts of mixing, stirring, blending salts and botanicals became more than craft—they became ceremony. Each creation was a moment of pause, a way to breathe through the ache, a way to bring light into the heaviness of loss.

From this journey, I branded the term Saltesse—a word I created, born from Salt + Goddess. To me, it means a woman who holds the power to transform simple elements of nature into vessels of comfort, beauty, and renewal.
