๐Ÿ’› Journal Prompt: โ€œYour Name, Your Love Story"

When we lose someone we love deeply, even our own name can start to feel different โ€” quieter, heavier, sacred. This exercise helps you reconnect your name with their memory in a way that heals instead of hurts.

The Practice:
Write your name vertically down a page.
For each letter, choose a word or phrase that captures your grief, your love, or something your person taught you.
Let it be raw or poetic โ€” thereโ€™s no right way to do this.

Example:
K โ€“ Knitting her legacy into my healing
I โ€“ In her wisdom, I find my wings
N โ€“ Nurturing others as she did me

By the end, youโ€™ll have written a love poem only your heart could tell โ€” a reflection of the bond that never ends.
